Since the forum had ye olde padlock option, i keep getting this message.
RESOURCE LIMIT IS REACHED
The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later.
I flick between http and https and eventually it goes away.
Am doing something wrong or does that message actually mean what it says?
