Just a quicky I hope.
On touchpoint is it possible to do a Plu report with all items set to No Tax
We have had this a few times. Customer when entering all there products ( mainly retail ) put some of the items in as No Tax rather than Zero rated. ( Staff error I know but it happens )
Then the Tax table report looks out ( even though I tell them it wont make any difference to there VAT )
At the moment we save there products then load there program onto one of our machines then import it all into touch office then export the Plu file and sort by the tax column.
Then email it too them and they can go through the list on the till and change them.
This has happened a few times now and even though I stress how important this is when im installing the hardware, somewhere it gets lost in translation when they pass this onto there staff.
Just thought this would be much easier if its just a report.
