How do you lot, (us lot I mean) go about getting your customers to pay for TOW? I only ask because our bank seems to be a bit arsy about allowing us to set up direct debits, and mysteriously seem to be insisting that we 'claim' that we have 400 or more customers to sign up before they seem to want to help.
