Did you know that Premier Stores is actually a trading name of Booker!? Did you also know that TouchOffice has an EDI link to Booker?
It's occurred to us that actually a surprising number of you don't realise this little gem of information and so are missing out on opportunities that could be open to you.
In simple terms, what this means to you is that you actually have all the tools to walk into any Premier Stores and supply them with an ICRTouch till system complete with full product file including prices!
The EDI link allows TouchOffice to connect to Booker and do an initial product file download including barcode, product name, price, supplier code, case size, dept, group, VAT, master plu link which means that the system will go live already setup with all this stuff!
Obviously to get them up and running you don't need to actually supply them with TouchOffice, you can merely use you own dealer copy. They will however need a Booker NetPos account, which basically gives them access to EDI but this is a one off price of £50* Part of this account is that it knows which Booker branch the store is tied to so that the product file and it's associated pricing are relevant to them.
Moving forward, if they choose to retain TouchOffice then it can upload orders to Booker, download deliveries, download product file amendments and show them up and coming Booker promotions. There is no further on-going cost for NetPos nor do we charge anything.
* re £50 charge, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this statement, but as far as we are aware that is the current state of play
