To print shelf edge labels from ICRTouch you will need to be running Version *.552 or higher
Setting a product to produce a SEL
In program 3 - PLU - PLU
Select the product you would like shelf edge labels printed for, press enter.
You will now have a flag Enable SEL printing, setting this to yes will reveal more settings.
Pending SEL - With this is set to yes when a SEL report of pending SELs is produced, this product will generate a label.
Making changes to any of the fields that are set to print on the SEL will result in the PLU being marked as pending.
Unit - This is the "cost per" that will appear on the SEL
eg £1.00 per Ltr
Additional units can be added by editing the Language.def file in the skin folder, if this is done please save only the alterations you have made in a customlanguage.def file and notify us of the unit required.
Qty per unit - Enter the conversion factor for the Unit being used. This tells ICRTouch the relationship between the quantity of each item that is sold compared to the unit quantity that is shown on the shelf edge label. For example a can of cola sold in quantities of 250ml but shown on the SEL with a unit of 1 litre would have 0.25 in here.
To configure the layout of the shelf edge label
Program 3 - PLU - SEL
Here you can configure the size of the label that will be produced, what information is printed and where.
Below is a SEL.prg file this can be copied into your ICRTouch\prog folder This will give you a basic layout configured for a TMT88 printer.
Coordinates and fields printed can be changed from here.
If when you generate a label, instead of a barcode being printed you are getting numbers, you will need to install a barcode font. This can be found below.
This font will need to be installed to do this go to control panel - fonts - file - install new font, restart ICRTouch and you should now get a barcode printed on the SEL.
