Was on site yesterday showing a customer how to use the HHT do book in a delivery (my first time, so was showing me too...)
Followed the instructions from the TouchOffice manual and everything was going peachy until we synced the HHT with TOE.
On TOE we were offered a list of Posted Orders to allocate our delivery to. We picked the order involved from the list, finished the import and then opened the Delivery.
The imported delivered products were there with the correct units but the original order details (units ordered) were gone....
Therefore we could not see variences between the delivery and the original order.
What did I do wrong?
