lost customer card/money on account

same customer as the other 2 posts, he's a dam site smarter than me on your tills, at the moment, more training please :unsure:

 

when a customer losses their card and the account has money on it>

 

how/can you transfer the whole account details to another account no

or

simply replace the card with another card with a different no. on it but use the same account

 

customer accounts on the till at the moment.

 

also disable lost card for being used
