Hi Guys,
I am having an issue with a customer today where his touch office web hasn't been dragging in his reports properly. I have noticed an issue in the terminals area where one of the terminals has a red line behind all it's information. Now I will admit here I am not the strongest on the touch office web area of ICR but when logging into another site this red line doesn't appear.
What does this red line represent?
